Hops & Joey West Coast IPA is a proper old-school hop hit — crisp, dry, and straight to the point. We build the backbone with Voyager single origin malt (grown in the NSW Riverina) for that clean, bready malt base, then let the hops do the talking: Warrior brings the clean bite, while Centennial and Amarillo pile on citrus and pine (grapefruit, orange peel, a little resin). Proudly brewed with Aussie regional malt and made for hop lovers who like it bold but ridiculously drinkable.
