Hops & Joey West Coast IPA is a proper old-school hop hit — crisp, dry, and straight to the point. We build the backbone with Voyager single origin malt (grown in the NSW Riverina) (Australian-grown goodness) for that clean, bready malt base, then let the hops do the talking: Warrior brings the clean bite, while Centennial and Amarillo pile on citrus and pine (grapefruit, orange peel, a little resin). Proudly brewed with Aussie regional malt and made for hop lovers who like it bold but ridiculously drinkable.
